I worked with Jason to have a new deck and set of rear speakers installed. I also bought some front speakers from him and had him install them at the same time. While AMS was prepared to charge me all kinds of fees to put in equipment not purchased from them, Raxx not only didn't have the problem, but discounted me on the speakers I purchased from them. I was very, very pleased with the job he did. I asked him about sound dampening options which I will be returning to Raxx later this year to have installed. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with Jason and Raxx in general, and would suggest them to anyone in the Madison and surrounding areas.
Jason (installer) is very knowledgeable and patient with clients such as myself, who ask a lot of questions. He preformed an alarm scanner install and programmed a new modular for me at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Would recommend.
My FOB for my car alarm alarm died, and I can't start my car without disabling the alarm. RAXX helped me uninstall the alarm and return the car back to normal for FREE. I'll probably be coming back to install a remote car starter for the winter.
